Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Kandanchavadi. As a Tele Caller, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Job:- Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Team Leader
- Meet or exceed call objectives, including timely response to web leads and making a specified number of calls per day
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information in the LMS system
You will be responsible for communicating product features and benefits effectively to customers, resolving their queries, and generating leads for cross-selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in any of the languages English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Team Leader
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions, adhering to the provided script and maintaining a high level of accuracy in communicating product details
- Support customers through online chat and respond to their queries efficiently

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in any of the languages English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu
