Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance with AutoCAD Plant3D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests via various channels and follow documented procedures
  • Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system
  • Conduct thorough research and verification to resolve product defects
  • Prioritize and escalate critical issues while monitoring service level compliance
  • Manage a personal backlog of support requests and communicate progress to customers
  • Participate in product beta programs and testing events
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff for further assistance
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and support insights for account teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD Plant3D and related Autodesk products
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent product experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Plants, Pharmaceutical plants industry
  • Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, specialized Toolsets, and Data Management software is an asset
  • English language proficiency is required
