Job Summary

As a Technical Support Professional at Avsar HR services, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Amazon Corporate employees worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include researching, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, as well as documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to Amazon Corporate employees, including troubleshooting end-user computing problems and analyzing issues to identify the root cause.
  2. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries received via web chat, telephone calls, email, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Documentation: Create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions, including information about the issue, resolution, and any additional actions taken.
  4. Knowledge Management: Utilize knowledge management systems to ensure effective use of standard operating procedures and to maintain current knowledge of relevant policies.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to triage and escalate system or network outages, and assist with remote assistance in Teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
