We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing business plans to achieve strategic objectives.

- Team Management: Supervise and manage junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Skill: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyze complex data.
