Job Summary

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to lead a key segment of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solution sales and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in IT Enterprise Solutions including Datacenter, Storage, Servers, Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewall, Voice, Wireless), Business Consulting and Infrastructure Management.
  • Experience in Software Solutions such as Business Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SharePoint).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan for Mass Market customers.
  • Provide strong day-to-day leadership presence for sales operations staff.
  • Identify geographic growth opportunities and prioritize expansion.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Acquire and develop new business opportunities.
  • Drive business plans to increase division profitability through cost control and efficient decision-making.
  • Contribute to profit planning in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Close deals from self-generated and internally provided leads.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  • Manage and support client accounts in collaboration with support staff.
  • Conduct weekly reviews with reporting managers and peers.
  • Apply commercial judgment and customer orientation for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure smooth sales closure with strong focus on customer service and business development.
  • Explore wider sales opportunities within accounts.
  • Attend product training sessions organized by principals for continuous product knowledge enhancement.
  • Research customer profiles for accurate positioning and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Adhere to company's policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
