The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing task management systems, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and communicate customer requests using a task management system.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including follow-up logs and call recordings (a dedicated system will be provided).
  • Train customers on company policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tasks and client requests promptly

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining databases and follow-up logs.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to address client needs as they arise.
