Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Chennai. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing online support channels, resolving technical issues, and providing timely and accurate information to customers. The role requires close interaction with other teams to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and managing support channels
- Technical Support skills to resolve customer issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
