Job Description Customer Support Executive
Company: ICCS (Client: Tamil Nadu Electricity Board TNEB)
Location: Minnagam Building, Mount Road, Chennai
Language Requirement: Tamil (Fluency Mandatory)
Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma (No arrears allowed)
- Language: Tamil fluency required (spoken & written)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Salary
- 11,000 13,000 in-hand per month
- Benefits: PF, ESI, Attendance Bonus, Overtime Pay
Shift Structure
Rotational Shift (Weekly 1 Day Off)
4 Days: 6-hour shifts
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
2 Days: 12-hour shifts
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Fixed 12-Hours Shift (4days work and Weekly 3 Days Off)
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve electricity-related queries
- Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved issues
- Deliver courteous and professional support in Tamil
- Follow shift schedules and quality standards
