Shift Structure

Rotational Shift (Weekly 1 Day Off)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and resolve electricity-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved issues
  • Deliver courteous and professional support in Tamil
  • Follow shift schedules and quality standards
