Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling customer inquires and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to process customers orders and payments accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that needs improvement.
- Ability to understand customer problems and advocate for them with internal team and offer solution to their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
- Stay updated on product updates and trends
Preferred candidate profile
- 0 - 1 Year of experiences in Customer support or Engineering graduates with excellent communication and MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
- Basic knowledge on Electronics.
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel, Word and power point.
- Problem solving skills
