Job Description:
We are seeking immediate joiners for our CM Helpline process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Meet productivity and efficiency targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
