Job Title: Customer Support Executive(Male Candidate Only)
Location: Chennai
Reports To: Sales Head
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 per month take home
Role Overview:
The Customer Support Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of their queries, complaints, and requests. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability to deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
· Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
· Collect all the documents from customer post sales
· Escalate complex issues to higher support levels and ensure timely follow-up.
· Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team for process improvement.
· Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
· Maintain a customer-centric approach while upholding company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
· 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles. Fresher's with strong communication skills are welcome.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if required).
· Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or ticketing tools.
