Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Customer Support Executive. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely online and offline support. The executive will handle customer service operations, resolve issues efficiently, and provide technical support related to the company's products and services as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support ( Hindi Speaking Must and Other Regional Languages )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to address customer concerns patiently and promptly
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience in the retail or gifting industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software is advantageous
