Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Executive ( Telecaller ) with strong communication skills to handle customer queries, promote banking and financial products, and ensure excellent client servicing. The candidate must have good knowledge of banking products and services, be
fluent in Tamil and English (read, write, and speak), and hold a Bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to explain banking and financial products to customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion set by the management
- Record and maintain customer information in the company database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on banking and financial services, new product launches, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
- Fluency in Tamil and English (both verbal and written).
- Prior knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
