Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team at Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai. As a Mid-Level position, this full-time role requires candidates to have 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to further our mission and maintain our reputation for excellence in the BPO and KPO sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing within the service sector, ideally in BPO or KPO, to effectively drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in business development strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance our market standing.
  • Proven track record of using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills that aid in engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive long-term value for clients.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing operations.
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a team to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Analytical mindset to identify market trends and generate insights that lead to competitive advantages.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional events and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch Treeline's services to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and improvements.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and guidelines created by Treeline.
