Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert B2B clients across India and international markets.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
  • Prepare persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts while ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Research and expand into new markets and industry segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 36 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT, Consulting, BPO, or Design Services).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients.
  • Highly professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
