Global Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert B2B clients across India and international markets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
- Prepare persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Negotiate and close profitable contracts while ensuring long-term relationships.
- Research and expand into new markets and industry segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- 36 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT, Consulting, BPO, or Design Services).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients.
- Highly professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
