Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and acquire potential clients
  • Strong experience in Business Management and Account Management for maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
