About the Role
FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors is seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Delhi/NCR region.
Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales management and successful deal closures. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience, with a strong background in revenue-driven enterprise roles. Prior exposure to the real estate industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete process of lead management, sales, and business development within the region.
- Manage data to ensure full coverage of the assigned territory while tracking key performance metrics.
- Lead client acquisition campaigns and generate leads to position FyndBridge as a leader in Property Services in the region.
- Ensure service delivery standards are met to drive client retention and generate referrals.
- Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support the marketing team in launching effective promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Take responsibility for meeting sales and revenue targets within the assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain an updated database, ensuring consistent reporting and follow-up actions.
- Identify new projects and builders within the territory, acquiring new business opportunities to maintain comprehensive regional coverage.
- Achieve both revenue and coverage objectives within the designated region.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience, with at least 8-10 years in revenue-driven enterprise roles. Proven track record in sales management and successful deal closures is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and develop strategic roadmaps to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.
- Business Acumen: Exceptional business insight, with in-depth knowledge of the market, effective sales strategies, and a thorough understanding of real estate trends in the Delhi/NCR region is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering superior service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Result-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a strong work ethic, committed to achieving and exceeding set targets.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying challenges and formulating creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Benefits
