Cleartrip Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity to work with independent hotels, drive sustainable performance, and grow net revenue in the market.
About the Role:
- This role involves end-to-end account management, strategic partnerships, and relationship building with hotel partners.
- You will be responsible for connecting with hotel owners, providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Travel to different cities within the portfolio to ensure inventory levels exceed demand, rate competitiveness across platforms, and revenue goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate deals with hotels, strategize market positioning, and manage operational activities to ensure revenue and transaction growth.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on our extranet, and review monthly production reports.
- Plan and execute market site visits to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Travel/Hospitality/Telecom/Banking sector, preferably in sales, travel trade, key account management, contracting, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of handling large teams, managing multiple accounts, and driving revenue growth.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
