Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Lucknow. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- LEAD AND MOTIVATE A TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS TO EXCEED SALES TARGETS
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and strategy development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of the beauty industry and market trends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
