Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Lucknow. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
  • LEAD AND MOTIVATE A TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS TO EXCEED SALES TARGETS
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and strategy development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the beauty industry and market trends
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
