Regional Sales Manager

Job OverviewPosition Overview:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, new customer acquisition and market penetration within a designated region (Mumbai / Bangalore). You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:Generate leads through various online / offline channels.Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.Identify and target potential clients within the Retail and Staffing scope of services.Conduct sales presentations, proposal preparation and demonstrations to showcase our services.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.Experience5-8 years of service selling / solution selling / B2B sales and minimum 2 years in Retail marketing and/or staffing industry.Qualifications:Any PG / GraduateProven experience in sales management within the Retail or Staffing industries.Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
