Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and execution, focusing on expanding market share through key client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, prioritizing lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for cruise bookings.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotions and campaigns to boost bookings.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other key stakeholders to expand our distribution network.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or cruise industry.
Proven ability to sell high-value travel products to corporates and travel agents.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Frequent travel within the region and internationally is required.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
