Senior Regional Sales Director

Sultan Chand & Sons (P) Ltd, a leading educational publishing house since 1950, offers a diverse portfolio of titles from Pre-Primary to College level.
This role is a full-time on-site opportunity as a Senior Regional Sales Director at Hyderabad.
The Senior Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and develop strategic plans to drive growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a leadership role within the education publishing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
