Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Godrej Properties Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with channel partners, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in assigned regions, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key customers.
  • Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain a network of channel partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives, and providing regular feedback and support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
