Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our retail business in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 sales officers and driving sales growth in their dedicated region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales function for the state, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage existing network relations and establish new partnerships to expand our brand presence.
- Pursue channel expansion, ensuring our products are available in more outlets and increasing penetration within each outlet.
- Oversee collections from distributors, ensuring timely payments and reducing outstanding debt.
- Collaborate with sales officers to enhance performance and implement process improvements.
- Present quarterly sales plans to leadership management.
- Provide product feedback to the leadership team, informing strategic decisions.
- Contribute ideas for product line expansion and rationalization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-10 years of experience in consumer durables.
- Proven track record of sales growth and team management.
- Strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
