About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our retail business in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 sales officers and driving sales growth in their dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales function for the state, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage existing network relations and establish new partnerships to expand our brand presence.
  • Pursue channel expansion, ensuring our products are available in more outlets and increasing penetration within each outlet.
  • Oversee collections from distributors, ensuring timely payments and reducing outstanding debt.
  • Collaborate with sales officers to enhance performance and implement process improvements.
  • Present quarterly sales plans to leadership management.
Product Management
  • Provide product feedback to the leadership team, informing strategic decisions.
  • Contribute ideas for product line expansion and rationalization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10 years of experience in consumer durables.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team management.
  • Strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
