Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, growing our existing client base, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • As a Franchise Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our Cluster Managers to develop and implement expansion plans, ensuring we meet our business objectives.
  • Your primary focus will be on acquiring new franchisees, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • You will also be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with potential business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, you will consistently deliver high-quality results while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
