Designation : Regional Manager/Sr. Regional Manager – Institutional Business
Job function :
Corporate Lending involves lending to Large and Mid-Corporate customers including Promoter funding, Structured finance, Term Loans and Working capital facilities.
Job Purpose.
To acquire and build a well-diversified portfolio within the Large & Mid Corporate segment.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for deal origination, getting quality mandates and ensuring timely execution of proposals.
2. Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed.
3. Regular monitoring of accounts, and ensure sanctioned terms are consistently met.
4. Maintain Nil delinquencies in the portfolio.
5. Adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements.
Candidate:
- CA / MBA from a reputed institute with an overall experience of 5-10 years.
- Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience with a reputed Bank / NBFC in lending to Large / Mid Corporate clients (Companies with revenue between Rs.150 crs – Rs.5000 crs).
- An effective communicator with excellent negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
