Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in driving hotel revenue and growth, requiring a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement revenue management strategies that maximize turnover in line with the hotel's goals, brand marketing, and customer needs.
  • To ensure all revenue management processes are in place, including daily updates, group quotations, and alerts for market deviations from strategy.
  • Supporting the General Manager in creating a data-driven strategy by analyzing and interpreting performance metrics, working effectively with the implemented revenue management system.
  • To communicate booking quality processes and correct data input into the Property Management System (PMS) to the reservation and front office teams.
  • To regularly check input and quality of data, update the event database, and analyze hotel performance in the Revenue Management System (RMS).
  • To survey the market, competitors, and pricing to inform future pricing strategies.
  • To analyze contract performance before renewals and provide proposals for adapting long-term and short-term hotel strategies.
  • To calculate availability and minimum rates for group quotations and provide dynamic forecasts compared to the General Manager's strategy and budget.
