  • Sales Support:
    • Maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales and revenue growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets

  • Research, Development, and Benchmarking:
    • Conduct comprehensive research to develop new and innovative MICE products
    • Work closely with the team to create unique and engaging client experiences
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, and suppliers
  • System Management:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of new MICE products and proposals
    • Manage templates and ensure brand guidelines are followed
    • Collaborate with the CS team to update and adapt MICE products
  • Event Logistics:
    • Coordinate with local and destination operational teams to ensure seamless event execution
    • Develop and implement operational plans and scripts for all staff
    • Monitor performance and report back to Regional MICE Manager on areas for improvement
