Job Overview:

The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for the B2B product. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across departments to launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategies:
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features or products that support growth.
    • Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and optimize user experience.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Develop and implement customer-centricity principles within the organization.
    • Understand customer needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Product Enablement:
    • Become proficient in the company's products and offerings.
    • Create business models and pitches to present value propositions.
    • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on NBBL products.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Business Acumen:
    • Deep understanding of payments and digital technologies.
    • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
  • Excellent Communication:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration:
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
