Director of Business Development and Sales
Job Description:As a Director of Business Development and Sales, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing sales operations to drive business growth. This includes managing daily operations to ensure top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency.
Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Lead a high-performing sales team by hiring, mentoring, and guiding employees. Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards. Collaborate with HQ to solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges.
Create an efficient workflow to boost productivity. Work with B2B and affiliate partners.
Requirements:- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech).
- Team Management: Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner.
- Technical Skills: Excel knowledge.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words.
