Hotel Revenue Analyst Opportunity

This is a role for someone with basic hotel experience who wants to build a career in hotel revenue management and analysis.

We are seeking an analytical professional to assist with room rates, availability, and promotions. This individual will also support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports, monitor OTA channels and update content/rates, coordinate with sales and reservations teams, track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities, and share daily activity updates with internal teams and hotel owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with room rate strategy, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Support revenue analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor online travel agency (OTA) performance and update content/rates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Basic hotel experience (reservations/front office/sales support or related).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PMS, OTA extranets).
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment during US shift hours.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
