About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with apartment communities, leveraging your strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
- Marketing and Activations: Run targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality interest for Flurn's programs, using your creativity and analytical skills to optimize results.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize your excellent communication skills to convert interested customers into paying clients, through an omni-channel B2C sales approach.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure account management success and drive repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Business preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (up-to 4 years) in Business development / sales can apply for this role.
- High energy, never-say-die attitude and willingness to learn rapidly.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi / Kannada.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Bangalore, with a competitive salary of ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
