MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) was established in 2020 as a 100% subsidiary of MUFG, with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Our goal is to provide support services across various functions, such as IT, KYC/AML, Credit, Operations, and more, to MUFG Bank offices globally.
About the Role
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising workflow, and ensuring high-quality performance in the department. This includes developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Process: Perform Maker/checker duties diligently, understand bank processes and policies, work closely with overseas branches to process transactions accurately and within SLA standards.
- Customer: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management, resolve customer enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- People: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assist in training and development, and perform reconciliation of daily pending transactions.
This role requires a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in managing deposit products, strong PC skills, knowledge of SWIFT message types and payment systems, and exposure to clearing and payment processes.

- Strong PC skills (MS Office).
- Knowledge of SWIFT message types and payment systems.
- Exposure to clearing and payment processes (both inward and outward).
- Understanding of system applications used for clearing/deposit booking.
- Exposure to regulatory guidelines related to the domain.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum.
