We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Bangalore as a Global Deposit Product Specialist.

Job Description:

  • This role involves performing daily processing and supervision of workflow for various deposit-related functions and transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department in smooth execution of operations and ensuring high-level job knowledge and role coverage among team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diligently perform duties as Maker/checker for assigned activities
  • Understand Bank policies and adhere to operational needs
  • Closely work with overseas branches to process/execute transactions according to accuracy/quality standards/SLA's of the Bank
  • Learn system functions and adhere to controls
  • Support overseas branches to resolve operational incidents/reporting (if any)
  • Provide suggestions to improve/streamline operational processes

Customer Interface:

  • Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG
  • Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Work with Compliance to understand relevant operational guidelines and assess impact on daily operations
  • Partner with the wider operations team for information sharing and timely transaction processing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in managing deposit products
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of SWIFT message types and payment systems
  • Experience in account opening, static data maintenance, and customer data management
  • Exposure to clearing and payment processes
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to domain

Estimated Salary: ₹2,000,000 - ₹4,500,000 per annum
