Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to distributors and track their progress.
  • Maintain and enhance trade relations with distributors and key accounts.
  • Execute trade and consumer activations and merchandising activities.
  • Provide prompt and high-quality feedback for every activity.
  • Meet redistribution value and volume targets and track advancement.
  • Ensure product availability through the distributor's sales force at all relevant channels.
  • Assure the ongoing expansion of the designated region and inclusion of new outlets.
  • Implement trading, discount, and sales terms decided upon by the organization.
  • Develop strong business relationships with distributors, trade, and key accounts in their territories.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience in FMCG/Food industry with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG segment is a plus.
  • Fluency in speaking the local language.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple dealers, SKU's, and team.
  • Open to travel a minimum of 20 days in a month.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confident handling of MS-Office.
