Your Responsibilities

1. Set performance targets for distributors in your territory, ensuring they meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
2. Maintain strong trade relations and execute activation activities to drive business growth.
3. Provide timely and high-quality feedback on all activities, adhering to set requirements.
4. Achieve redistribution targets and monitor progress.
5. E nsure product availability through distributor sales forces at relevant channels, following company guidelines.
6. Expand designated regions and integrate new outlets.
7. Implement trading, discount, and sales terms accurately and according to organizational decisions.
8. Build robust relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key accounts in your territory.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A graduate with 2-5 years of experience in the FMCG/food industry, possessing good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Previous experience in the FMCG segment is an advantage.
• Fluency in speaking the local language is mandatory.
• A proven sales track record with target fulfillment.
• Ability to manage multiple dealers, SKUs, and teams.
• Willinngness to travel for at least 20 days per month.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident handling of MS Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
