Job Overview

As a Cluster Head at ADM, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of nature to enrich the quality of life. You will lead a team of sales professionals in delivering solutions to customers in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to distributors in your territory.
  • Maintain and enhance trade relations with distributors.
  • Execute trade and consumer activations, as well as visibility merchandising activities.
  • Provide high-quality feedback on activities in accordance with company requirements.
  • Meet redistribution value and volume targets and track progress.
  • Ensure product availability through distributors' sales forces at relevant channels.
  • Expand designated regions and include new outlets.
  • Implement trading, discount, and sales terms decided by the organization.
  • Develop strong business relationships with distributors, trade, and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience in FMCG or food industry with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
  • Previous experience in FMCG segment a plus.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Proven sales experience with track record of fulfilling targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple dealers, SKUs, and team.
  • Possibility to travel 20 days a month.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confident handling of MS-Office.
