Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients in various industries who could benefit from certification and compliance services related to management system standards.
- Conduct thorough research to understand each prospect's business needs, challenges, and goals, enabling you to tailor your sales approach effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our certification consulting services.
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities in CRM software.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring that client expectations align with the services we offer.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to effectively position our services as solutions to clients' evolving needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the consulting or certification industry.
- Strong understanding of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation and values.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.30 - ₹20,287.18 per month
