Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Job Description:- Conduct in-depth analysis of global compensation and benefits to determine market competitiveness.
- Develop comprehensive reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR and leadership, providing timely guidance on compensation and benefits best practices.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors/consultants to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to design and implement total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and recommend strategic initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration required; experience in emerging markets preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Others:The successful candidate will have expertise in Excel and analytical tools, with a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.
