Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Executive to design, implement, and oversee programs that drive employee satisfaction, trust, and performance.

This role is integral to ensuring competitive compensation practices through robust job evaluation frameworks and effective benefit programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and promote employee benefits programs through diverse channels such as company newsletters, online webinars, and internal portals.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and periodic updates for employees regarding benefits offerings.
  • Evaluate and improve existing benefits programs for efficiency, relevance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Research and recommend new employee benefit plans in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing of benefit-related contributions and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience in compensation, benefits, or job evaluation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and job evaluation software (e.g., Mercer, Hay).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage complex datasets and reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and findings clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
