Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing global rewards solutions for all businesses. They will ensure competitiveness of reward programmes and design the reward philosophy to keep it contemporary.
Key Responsibilities:- Design innovative rewards programmes to enhance the EVP and instill a performance culture.
- Liaise with external agencies such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Towers Watson etc. to conduct market assessments/benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs.
- Review and redesign the Performance Management process in alignment with best industry practices and drive performance-driven culture in alignment to our vision.
- Manage the KRA setting process, mid-year review and year-end annual review cycle as process custodian.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits. They should have exposure to managing senior-level compensation and regulatory issues. Experience in job analysis/evaluation, market benchmarking and C&B policies is essential.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
