Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, and Audit Specialist to oversee all aspects of employee remuneration, benefits administration, payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of employee remuneration, including salary, bonuses, and stock options.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
