Job Description

Design and implement compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent. Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements. Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing. Maintain payroll records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies across HR operations.Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to legal and organisational standards.Collaborate with internal teams to address employee concerns related to compensation and compliance.Develop and maintain documentation related to HR compliance and policies.Support the HRBP function in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.Prepare reports and analyses on compensation trends and compliance metrics for leadership review.Provide training to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compensation & Benefits, Compliance (HRBP) professional should have:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of compensation structures and statutory compliance in India.Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in business services or facilities management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and compensation challenges.Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
