Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages, developing effective relationships with external vendors/consultants, and partnering with the Global Total Rewards team to identify appropriate surveys and validate approach to global and local market matching.

You will also assist in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs. Additionally, you will maintain and analyze data related to compensation and benefits, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, as well as 7+ years of demonstrated global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration experience. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Develop effective relationships with external vendors/consultants
  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team to identify appropriate surveys and validate approach to global and local market matching
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration experience
  • Fluency in English
