About the Role:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
