Global Rewards Manager Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Global Rewards Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing total rewards programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with our business objectives.
  • Develop effective relationships with external vendors/consultants to manage timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team to identify appropriate surveys to ensure the best available survey library and validate approach to global and local market matching in global database.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs.
  • Maintain and analyze data related to compensation and benefits, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in various global locations.
  • Communicate total rewards programs and policies to employees, HR business partners, and management providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years demonstrated global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration experience required; experience in emerging markets preferred.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights and develop focused recommendations for HR and Functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills, comfortable working with diverse cultures and different management levels, ability to quickly build relationships.
  • Expertise in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. Expertise in India in Total Rewards is essential and knowledge of EMEA is strongly desired.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborative team player with strong influencing skills.
