Job Overview

This role is responsible for aligning compensation and benefits practices with the overall HR and organizational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting/retaining staff in the organization's compensation structure.
  • Developing and executing technology roadmaps for market intelligence and annual planning within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence.
  • Analyzing key market intelligence indicators through data analysis and dashboards design, including predictive analytics, to support actionable insights.
  • Focusing on enterprise-level compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
  • Consulting with senior leaders and managers on Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Researching market data to develop compensation structures and providing ad-hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent.
  • Supporting HR professionals within the CoE and developing a global Fiserv HR organization delivering value to clients and communities.
  • Conducting job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs within the organization.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR.
  • Prior people leadership experience with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a tech-enabled organization.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design/governance.
  • A strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle large datasets in Excel.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills.
  • Organizational skills to establish plans, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.

  • Driving wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to develop and implement Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs.
  • Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits, and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Focusing on communication and branding of associate benefits.
  • Driving insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity.
  • Developing approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio and helps optimize ROI.
  • Managing multiple vendors/services contracts and renewal.
  • Leading internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Driving the finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence.
  • Working with leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards.
  • Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Owning and driving company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
