Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with our clients' business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pay ranges and benefits packages
- Develop and implement strategies for annual pay reviews and bonus processes
- Liaise with HR operations to ensure effective implementation of benefits programs
- Provide consulting advice to clients on total rewards design principles and their application
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field C&B experience
- All-round understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
- Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks
- Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
- University degree in HR with a Master's/MBA strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies
