Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pay ranges and benefits packages
  • Develop and implement strategies for annual pay reviews and bonus processes
  • Liaise with HR operations to ensure effective implementation of benefits programs
  • Provide consulting advice to clients on total rewards design principles and their application
Requirements and QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field C&B experience
  • All-round understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • University degree in HR with a Master's/MBA strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies
