Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to ensure our compensation and benefits programs align with the needs of our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for benefits administration and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive compensation plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze market data to inform compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Design, implement, and administer employee benefits & wellness programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance wellbeing initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on benefits policies, government regulations, and market trends.
  • Drive strategic insights and measure key data trends to inform business decisions.
  • Lead vendor management and negotiations related to insurance, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in employee benefits administration and wellbeing program management.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation planning and program development.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
