This role is a key position within our organization that plays a vital part in defining, shaping, and organizing the compensation and benefits structure of our company.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Gather an in-depth understanding of existing compensation and reporting capabilities across business units
- Drive operational excellence and improvements by working with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales leadership to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for one-time and periodic requests
- Design, model, and report on incentive compensation plans
- Ensure accurate and timely compensation reporting using tools such as Xactly, Varicent, etc.
Beyond technical skills, we seek a team player with a positive attitude who can demonstrate commitment and a results-oriented mindset. This individual should be able to take ownership and make required judgments whenever necessary.
As a member of our core unit, you will contribute to shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy. You will work closely with talented HR professionals who share a common goal of delivering exceptional results.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to discover and hone your skills, work on diverse projects, and maintain ongoing contact with external compensation and benefits vendors. You will also be involved in ad hoc projects such as restructuring activities, mergers & acquisitions, and rebadge transfers.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Compensation and/or Benefits Strategy
- Execute regional and/or global C&B processes to support and align with the business's needs and strategy.
- Support the implementation of C&B policies & procedures
- Provide performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making
- Maintain an ongoing support to the business on the various aspects of compensation & benefits
- Be part of a dynamic team shaping the company's compensation and benefits structure
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits strategies
